Delivery & Returns
All items are made to order, due to this please allow a few weeks for your item to be made, it will always be posted out the same/next day as our team receive it, but sometimes delays are out of our hands.
However please note, we do hold stock in certain items.
Due to Covid Restrictions & Lockdown for businesses & suppliers please allow 3-4 weeks for items to be processed & delivered.
Contact us before returning any items.
- You can return the product within 14 days of delivery if it is faulty or damaged. Make sure to include your contact information and order number with the return and for your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Please note, as we're a small team we don't do refunds on incorrect sizes ordered as everything we make is made to order. However we are happy to swap incorrect sizes (within 14 days) if the items are returned in their original condition.
We cannot hold stock for you with regards to exchanges. Therefore in order to exchange your item, you must return the original product and submit a new order online. The original item will be refunded upon receipt of return.
